إني أستطيع رؤية أحرف عربية لكن الأحرف لا تشكل كلمات واضحة

I can see Arabic characters but they do not make meaningful Arabic words

عليك إضافة اللغة العربية الى كومبيوترك. تستطيع فعل ذلك عبر الذهاب الى
control panel> Regional Language> Options> Languages
قد يطلب منك ادخال القرص أي السي دي.

You need to install the Arabic language in your computer. For Windows XP users, this is done from the control panel> Regional Language Options>Languages.
You may be asked to insert the Windows CD-ROM.
